for Using the jm8 Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and jm8 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, logging in or using any part of the jm8 platform, you agree to comply fully with all provisions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the jm8 platform. jm8 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of this Agreement at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Your continued use after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use jm8 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of account registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a valid agreement.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts online gambling.
• Not have been declared bankrupt or have any legal restrictions that prevent you from participating in gambling activities.
• Register in a personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

Each individual is permitted one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without any compensation.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. jm8 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage and to request supporting documents such as a Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in your account being suspended or closed.

3. Account Security and Password

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information, including your username and password. You are advised to choose a strong password and not share this information with anyone.

• jm8 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.
• Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered your own action unless you have reported unauthorised access to us.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support immediately.
• You agree not to use another person's account without their explicit permission.

jm8 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from use of your login information by an unauthorised third party, if this occurs as a result of your own negligence.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

jm8 provides a variety of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian users. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 5 and 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).
• Deposited funds must be used for gambling purposes within the jm8 platform only.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the original payment method used for the deposit, subject to our assessment.

jm8 reserves the right to request identity verification and supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. This is a security measure to protect your account from fraud. Withdrawal requests that fail verification may be held until the requested documents are submitted.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

jm8 offers various promotions and bonuses to registered users. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated for each promotion. Users are advised to read the terms of each promotion before claiming a bonus.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required RM100 × 20 = RM2,000.
• Further example: Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,700 → Wagering required RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.

jm8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and winnings obtained through a bonus if there are signs of abuse, fraud or attempts to manipulate the bonus system. Users who open multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times will face firm action without any prior warning.

6. Game Rules and Platform Usage

All games available on the jm8 platform have their own rules that must be followed. Users agree to:

• Play solely for personal entertainment and not use any automated software, bots or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Not attempt to exploit any technical errors, system vulnerabilities or software bugs for personal gain.
• Not engage in any form of fraud, collusion or manipulation against the games or other users.
• Not use a VPN or proxy services to conceal their actual location in order to bypass jurisdiction restrictions.
• Accept game outcomes as final, subject to the valid appeals process.

jm8 reserves the right to cancel or withhold payments if there is suspicion of fraud or a breach of these terms. jm8's decision in this matter is final.

7. Responsible Gambling

jm8 takes a serious approach to responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and must not affect the financial health or personal wellbeing of our users.

• The minimum age requirement is 21 years. Anyone found to be under age will have their account closed immediately.
• Users may contact our customer support to request deposit limits, wagering limits or a break from the platform.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

jm8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, manipulation or unlawful activity on the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Legal action or instructions from the relevant authorities.
• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.

Users also have the right to close their own account by contacting jm8 customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method, subject to a final assessment and identity verification. Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements will be cancelled.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jm8 will not be held responsible for:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
• Inaccuracies or delays in transaction processing due to third-party issues such as banks or e-wallet providers.

jm8 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for any particular purpose. Services are provided "as is" on a best-effort basis.
